some improvements to 2nd stage

-added some walls to 2nd stage to make pyro and red team less oppressive
-added 2nd route to the area after 1st point
-fixed being able to stand on the player clip on top of blu spawn on 2nd
-added some signs to make it easier to know there is a death pit

-made flank door to 2nd take longer to open when 1st point is capped to help red a bit
-added some walls to areas that had problems with pyro airblasting ubers off
-added way for red to quickly get to 1st point on 2nd stage that blocks itself when blu caps 1st

-made the second route to B go directly to the point B building on the 2nd stage
