ctf_surplus - Attack/defend CTF map with 3 flags, to be captured in any order.

Welcome to Surplus, a nighttime CTF map where RED has 3 flags in different locations, and each flag can only be capped once. BLU must capture all 3 flags within 30 minutes to win. One flag is located in a small shack, which should be pushed from the nearby rooftop. It can also be reached through the river. The second flag, located on the elevated platform to the left of RED spawn, should probably be taken by blast jumping (though you can waddle up there too if you like). The third flag is...

Update 2: Gamemode change

Having 3 available flags could not work, since BLU could simply concentrate on one flag while RED was spread out to defend all 3. The fundamental concept was broken and had to be scrapped.

-Changed game mode from CTF to A/D: only one point can be capped at a time, and an interval of setup time separates every sub-round. Essentially dustbowl logic (the same area is reused, but a different cap becomes available).
-Smoothed certain displacements that previously hindered mobility.
