If you mean change your name then they removed that console command, you have to change your name from the friends panel.

You can only perform actions in Steam chat by typing /me xxxxxx. x's being what you want it to be.

IE "/me gives Youme a wedgie" translates to "grazr gives Youme a wedgie".

Your term "got a monkeyBomb" is pretty obscure, i don't know what you really mean.

im saying like when you get a weapon its say you found: The Huntsman is there a console command to make it says like you found: Monkey Bomb

I doubt it.. not without modding the game. You might be able to do it client side using custom configurations or something but you'd have to own your own server and force settings on users that probably arn't possible.

But, i can't really say for sure. Someone else will have to confirm that.
