i kinda dislike how the 2nd uses long planks for paths so much. look rather...alpha-ish. maybe it'd be better if some of them were pipes instead, for example.
i think the control point borders should use one thing to mark their extents. if its logs, its logs. if its hazardstripe, its hazardstripe. using both for one CP is kinda odd.
also, do there lighting errors show up for you?
