Blu Manor Props

I'm looking for someone who will reskin the red manor props (chair, sofa, tables) from Mann Manor to fit the blu team. I did some Googleing for such a thing and was surprisingly unable to find it. If this already exists, please post a link to it. Thanks.

If that wallpaper texture isn't available to the public then I have found a different one but with a different shade of blue (I actually prefer this shade) here
