Area casting shadows where it should not be

I've checked my map for leaks. The only error thrown in my compile log is hammer complaining my Skybox does not support HDR. This area in question is in a WIP kart arena. One particular side of it is casting dense shadows when it should not be.

My light_env settings have the shadows casting in the complete opposite direction of where the shadows here are.

The following screenshots are on the public build of my map that is currently being used by Bottiger's 24/7 Idle. Light_env in the public build and the current, unreleased build are the same. These screenshots show how my lighting is supposed to be.
