Animated Frontline Propellers - Animates the propeller texture for prop_boeing_b17_air

I animated the propeller texture for the bomber plane so that the plane doesn't look frozen while flying. Uploaded with permission from Bapaul.

How to Install:

Navigate to your Frontline folder (probably in your tf/custom folder)

Go to Frontline_Supply_Drop_v1.x.x/materials/models/props_frontline

Place the new .VTF and .VMT in there and replace the ones that were already there.

Done!

If you do use this, please remember to re-add the textures whenever there's a Frontline Pack update. Don't make the same mistake I made compiling and uploading a map with broken propellers because you forgot to re-add this one texture.
