I noticed that as well. Was going to comment on that but forgot lol. This sounds really cool tho! Can't wait to see where it goes

Alright, looked through the map and have some feedback for it. Since you're going about development in a unique way, I'm not sure what kind of feedback is relevant and what isn't. Even though the map is in early alpha, you've already started detailing and I'm not sure if detail feedback is useful at this point. I just thought I'd throw everything I found here so feel free to ignore whatever doesn't apply:

20200903003541_1.jpg
-these props are open on the bottom so I can see through them due to there being no inside. Maybe put a small brush in there to cover it up.
20200903003305_1.jpg20200903003307_1.jpg
-this lil peep hole sightline is a bit much. Not only is it really long, but due to it being thin, the sniper is super well hidden.
20200903002121_1.jpg
-be sure to set zero force damage to yes on your hurt triggers. Not only does not doing this cause ragdolls to fly upward in a death pit, it can sometimes cause the game to crash.
20200903003945_1.jpg
-being able to build under water is always a contention when water is added to a map. Depending on where the water is located is what really determines if it's a problem or not. I can easily see this area being a pain for red if a blu engie starts spamming mini's down here or somehow gets a level 2 or 3 here since it's so close to red spawn. Trying to see buildings under water while outside of it can be annoying and standard maps don't put nobuilds there, so doing so would throw people off. At least the water is clear though so that should help some at least.
20200903002134_1.jpg
-clip the wall smooth
20200903003557_1.jpg
-clip the lip
20200903010207_1.jpg
-this doorway's kinda short if someone is standing on the cart. Not really a problem but I like riding the cart.
20200903003101_1.jpg
-even though this is early alpha, being able to see through walls is something to avoid. In this situation, a demo could lay down a stickie trap then hide back here where he can't be seen to blow up unsuspecting foes.
20200903005856_1.jpg
-spawns with only 1 exit is generally bad practice due to spawn camping. This spawn is high up with a drop down which should help but I'd suggest an exit into the lower level as well just to be on the safe side.
20200903002205_1.jpg
-clip all this junk smooth
20200903002250_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20200903001816_1.jpg
-boat in wall
20200903010351_1.jpg
-these rocks are way too close to where the cart passes them. It causes all kinds of weirdness when a player gets stuck between it and the cart and, I think, could even crush and kill them. I know the mvm tank can do that and it's a tanktrain like the payload cart but I'm not sure if the cart can crush or not. Either way players can still get stuck.
20200903002300_1.jpg
-really don't know what's going on here. The shop exterior's going through the walls while the pixely ac unit's right on the ground. Just seems...weird...
20200903002028_1.jpg
-probably should close off this area under the low ramp
20200903005559_1.jpg
-This is where players spawn after the first point is capped and it could be a problem. Spawnpoints close to a spawn exit like this without as much as a door means the other team can constantly shoot in and kill people AS they spawn. I get why you moved it forward but this is too exposed.
20200903005832_1.jpg
-lil seam under this wall here
20200903002539_1.jpg
-either clip the door frame smooth or remove collision on it
20200903001742_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20200903002316_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20200903002240_1.jpg
-bikes don't float
20200903004642_1.jpg
-I like being able to build on this boat but doing so causes buildings to float. Maybe remove the props collision and make your own using blockbullets2 brushes
20200903001910_1.jpg
-clip the pillars smooth
20200903004054_1.jpg
-can get stuck here by 3rd point
20200903002335_1.jpg
-While not a problem now, once this area gets detailed it may be confusing since the only thing blocking it off is really low on the ground. From on top of these rooves, it looks like I could jump over that barrier.
-20200903003236_1.jpg
-clip these props smooth. They are super jank
20200903005850_1.jpg
-having to go around this lil railing every time I come out of spawn is annoying. Either shorten it or just get rid of it. Doesn't do anything for cover either.
20200903001925_1.jpg
-remove shadows from these doors since they go through walls and just kinda look weird
20200903003905_1.jpg
-I like this drawbridge idea but stickies don't stick to dynamic brushes like this. Not really sure what can be done about it but keep it in mind.
20200903004338_1.jpg 20200903004334_1.jpg
-engies can get up here by sentry jumping which is fine, but, the collision mesh on the roof model makes placing buildings really janky. I'd suggest removing collision from the model and just making your own flat one with a blockbullets2 brush
20200903004412_1.jpg
-lastly, I like how so many rooves are accessible. Most maps can't get that to work due to balance issues.

Overall while I didn't get to play the map with other players, it looks like it has a lot of potential. Can't wait to see how the last point turns out and can't wait to test it :D

All good to know. Thanks for taking the time to do that!

Here's some nitpicky feedback for ya after getting a chance to play in one of your map tests!

20201206220513_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206220521_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206222200_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206222346_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206220555_1.jpg
-this spot here at the drop down makes the sound of water even though it's so shallow I can't tell it's water. may want to raise or lower the ground depending upon what you're going for here
20201206221609_1.jpg
-wall could be thicker to hide this stick out bit of the model
20201206215549_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206220959_1.jpg
-you can still hide buildings in this water that can't be seen while outside of it. There's one in there now even though you can't tell. Might want to go for a clearer water texture
20201206222321_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206221236_1.jpg
-while these rocks n such look nice, they can be very awkward to navigate around and on. Since this is used as a route into that building on the back right, something more substantial and easier to walk across would be ideal.
20201206220314_1.jpg
-clip the sides of this bridge smooth
20201206214835_1.jpg
-these lil props all have collision across the map. They are mostly in places where I wouldn't see it being a problem but this one by blu's first spawn I could see people getting caught up on
20201206215314_1.jpg
-Ok, so this is a bit weird. While playtesting this I was airblasting a uber med and soldier only for the soldier to fall off the cliff and the med get caught on some collision on that far corner of the bar. Whatever's there is completely invisible and I wasn't sure what was happening at first since it all looks open to the death pit
20201206215115_1.jpg
-what in the world is going on with the sides of these stairs? It's like a brush inside a brush or something
20201206214707_1.jpg
-the clipping here is kinda awkward since the roof is playspace while the rest isn't. Also you can fix that black prop with a light_info entity
20201206215433_1.jpg
-obligatory seam feedback
20201206215045_1.jpg
-something weird is going on with these windows and that bike prop. They don't seem to render in the correct order causing the prop to look normal even though it's behind glass. I think this may just be an issue with the prop itself with the only real option being to move it elsewhere. Also the back of the storefront prop doesn't have any kind of texture or anything so it can be seen through from this spot, but not from the other side
20201206214725_1.jpg
-shadow of gate going through wall
20201206214812_1.jpg
-clip it smooth
20201206215325_1.jpg
-the fact that this isn't a physics prop saddens me
20201206215248_1.jpg
-with this lamp post having no collision, you can somewhat hide stickies in it and catch anyone going for the pickups off guard
20201206220346_1.jpg
-while dynamic brushes don't let stickies stick to them, dynamic props do. I imagine this would be done farther in development, but if have both sides of the bridge disable then a prop enable in the same spot once they are lowered, that should let players stick stuff to them when they are down
20201206214716_1.jpg
-its odd how chunky these stairs are as they seem to be the only ones in the map at this size
20201206215144_1.jpg
-while I like this bench, you can sorta get stuck and caught up between it and the tree. Might want to move it over to a wall so that can't happen
20201206220155_1.jpg20201206220150_1.jpg 20201206220213_1.jpg
-Alright, so this is a bit what if scenerio here. IF a engie sentry jumps onto the roof near this tree by A they could set up a teleporter that would allow snipers to cheekily hide in this tree. While there are other trees in the map that players can get on, they are in more central areas where it should be easy enough to see them. This tree, however, is off in a corner and may let someone get some cheap headshots
20201206220442_1.jpg
-I don't like how the low blue roof here stops me from being able to jump to that platform
20201206215307_1.jpg
-it's easy to get caught up on these stools. Probably should push em up against the bar and clip em smooth
20201206220301_1.jpg
-I'm sort of split on this pipe. On one hand it gives a good explanation for why the water's there. On the other hand it jutting out like that is jarring compared to the surrounding themes and waterfalls in playspace can be kind of funky since players can hide in them. I think maybe push this pipe back into an oob area that's more industrialized so you still get the detailing without the awkwardness. Also the mercpark ladder you used here is MASSIVE. That prop is stupidly overscaled :p
20201206214745_1.jpg
-why do all of these lamps lack collision? being able to just walk through a sizable prop like this is odd. I'd recommend reenabling collision and adding clipping so players don't get caught on it.
20201206222116_1.jpg
-From what I played of the map, blu team seemed to steam roll through D without much push back. While this could have been teams, I think it doesn't help that blu has so many entrances into the final area. red has to defend from the front, right, and upper left without much cover making it easy to outrange sentries as well as counter snipe.
20201206222501_1.jpg
-you can have these windows uniformly lit with a info_lighting
20201206214548_1.jpg20201206214556_1.jpg
-while this sticking out bit at the top looks fine from the outside, it looks kind of strange from the inside. Construction like that was done to give upper floors more space than a bottom floor but since this is only 1 room without any upper floor, it just makes for an uneven wall
20201206221321_1.jpg
-from what I played of this map, I can't say I ever really saw anyone use this upper route. I think that may be due to how much you have to go out of the way to get onto the roof by the window. A more direct route such as a board leaning up to the overhang could help that
20201206215407_1.jpg
as a demo I can launch stickies and nades from here
20201206215415_1.jpg
-to here. Could lead to some frustrating spawn camping
20201206220841_1.jpg
-can hide lil buildings in this plant
20201206215219_1.jpg
-I wish blu had a more direct way onto the balcony at this building by A. The small prop jump path is awkward to navigate in a fight which easily lets red team hold it
20201206214936_1.jpg
-I would really recommend doing some optimization soon since you've decided to start the art pass for this map already. Part of saving art passing for later in development is to save time on optimization but there's a good amount of stuff in the map already that renders when it can't be seen

That's all for now.
