I wanna say this isn't dead, it's just been way on the backburner for me with Mudwater and several real life things floating around with me.

I'm going to start on some props soonish once I figure out exporting properly (I've only done things with the hat importer before which requires no compiling).

I don't personally plan to do the trees myself as my last attempt was very questionable. I may take another shot, but if anyone else wants to take them up feel free.

I don't have any WIPs but I plan on some generic stuff like bridges, acorns (ty henke for mentioning acorns) and maybe some rock things or wooden small structures.

Aforementioned mudwater will be in a psuedo-autumn theme mix of Yukon (which is snowless winter I think?) and Harvest. I plan to do some custom props and a custom skybox for that eventually (beta stage-ish, or just whenever) so I may include a few of those alongside the pack depending.

Edit: Forgot to mention my reason for bumping up. If anyone has any prop suggestions I'm open. References will help, and try not to get too complex for me. :unsure:

I love this idea. I would to contribute to it somehow. I've always wanted to get into modeling, but never really did. Maybe I can for the sake of this content pack. If it is ever to be finished, I would definitly use it.

Maybe I can do some textures?

Sure, there's plenty of anything to be done. If you hit me on steam I'll get you into the shared dropbox folder.

sorry if I wasn't originally clear. (and no, I don't consider your reply to be dickish, I didn't realize how stupid my question was until after couple of minutes later) what I am asking, if there could be reworks of the skyboxes for said maps.

I like that idea, and I have been thinking of a pre-snowfall or very early snowfall map (as in it's just started snowing, and nothing has settled). Perhaps we could have a few snow blends (maybe?), and some particles for light snow

I like harvest's color pallet, I just wish more maps had the light yellow-orange-leaf color

If you want actual new skyboxes, Owly-Oop was pretty good at making them back in the day; maybe you could see if he'd be interested. It'd be better than trying to lossily muck about with the palettes of existing ones.

I figured, I do some minor game development for a living, and I'm a junior concept artist... So it is always better to use existing or make new

Thanks for bumping this, id also like these textures. I am making an autumn map and I though id have to make my own stuff (which I suck at).

My bad, I posted that to get Darren's message, it did not load up when I clicked on this, and I've already expiremented with some of the skyboxes... pretty cool

I mean, all the content is in TF2C, so is just copy the assets from TF2C and paste them in the TF2 folder.
Maybe we don't want to download a whole mod just to rip a few textures and models from it.
