Very nice, sir :). My favorite things about this map happen to be: The atmosphere it self, the hot tub, and the spikepit. I'm not so sure about the ridges that go over the level(might make things too chaotic), and when I look at the center of the level my computer has some slow down. Not much, but it's noticeable.

This map is really refreshing. By the way, how long did it take you to make it? And how long does the final compile take?

yeah I agree that aesthetically the ridges might need to go as well. Just learning about ways to help optimize the map when it comes to performance (I drop to 18fps when on one side looking across entire map). I spent the majority of November on this map. Still havn't done more than a fast render, but it looked good enough to play test.

Please update your original release. You don't need a new thread for this one :)

Textures are still a bit stretched and the displacements look a bit whispy.

gotcha - thought because it was a separate gametype it would be under a different thread. No changes from KOTH version except for gametype and skybox/lighting.

Great looking map, but you might want to get rid of the hl2 textures in the bases and ditch or tone down the steam for the hot tubs.

Might be partly from the quality of the images, but I'm getting kind of a PS2-era fantasy game vibe from these pictures.

For taking pictures, change your video settings as high as your machine can barely handle it; pics like these are painful to look at.
