Fixed bug when system resets itself. (branch 0 would send all players an input of FireUser4 to echo back to their branches to see if their name is already being used... but player_12 would echo back to branch 13!!! This has been fixed)

- Fixed bug where logic_check_player_0 didn't reset itself on OnTrue.
- Deleted game_playerdie and associated entities.
