Made point uncappable from below.
Removed glass sectiions from point.
Added proper spawn times for team in control of point.
Added glass sections and enlarged base for point to reduce the effectiveness of hiding underneath the overhang.
Fixed missing gate overlay.

Fixed gamemode - spawn times, spec cam, cap time.
Moved spawns closer to point.
Added fence underneath point walkway.
Made spawn doors smaller and fixed enemies holding doors open.
Made spawn windows bigger.
Shrunk heal ramps.
Removed boulders.
Removed many roof obstacles.
Made all minor props non-solid. (windows, doors, ect.)
Slightly flattened floor displacement.
Overhauled lighting and changed skybox.
Texture changes and minor aesthetic additions.
Minor optimization improvements.
Slightly moved pillars and surf roofs.
Added and evened out the spawn locations.

Due to some feedback, I slightly reduced the walls, fixed respawn time, and changed the skybox. Improved lighting levels and colors. Some other minor texture changes.
Fixed clipping error on blue spawn room door. Fixed exploit that let blue team open the red spawn room door. Fixed a misplaced texture on two of the walls.
