Been quite busy of late so not been able to fully work on the map but i have done some fixes to make it ship worthy and thanks to this map i have learned alot about hammer and defo know how to build better maps moving forward.

thanks to thoes that played and tested/ gave feedback means alot.

The map is also on workshop:
Fixed the train damage aswell as building being inside the train being destroyed/ take damage.

Done some reworks and fixes
  • Fixed trains so they go into the middle of the map for the corresponding team not both at the same time.
  • blu train door no longer will open at the start of the match.
  • rework the path on the left side of spawn where players can no backtrack unless rocket/demo or scout jumps and added ammo aswell as small health.
  • changed building exit on the left side.
  • removed props around spawn to add more space.

he build of the map i didnt upoad it correctly last time... so here is the right one.

Pretty big changes to this version of the map changes include:
  • Change has been down scaled to the small steam loco pulling one wagon to improve movement around it and feel less of a squeeze. and yes u can ride and shoot from the cab of the train
  • Clutter and boxes have been removed around the map and from mid to widen the space.
  • outter routes have been reworked so its not so easy to wonder into enemy spawn and now always guided to mid but still can go around with a scout jump/demo or soldier jump
  • beside eatch train gate new tunnel has been added with heath and ammo inside this area did not see use hopfully this change will fix that and make the area useful.
  • textures around the map have been changed to make it look less busy still a work in process
  • mid roof has been lowered to allow ease to jump on to.
  • props in team spawns have been added and stais have been clipped
  • Fixed some shadow errors on top of spawn

After the play test i have reworked some areas and adjusted spawns aswell as fix bugs and issues.
  • spawns now have an upstairs exit.
  • rails and lamps now have no collision.
  • medkits around the map have been upgraded to medium and moved around.
  • lowered team cap time to 3 minutes.
Working on another variant of the maps and reworking flanks but this will be an process.
Fixed red cargo container rotation aswell with collision around red and blue spawn.
