Plateau a3a

Its practically a new map now

- added 2 large main areas with 2 more side zones
- added a critz and shield powerup
- turned the map 90 degrees to showcase the moon
- made the plateau more noticeable

-I forgot to place spawnpoints for more than a few players- oops.
-Lighting was updated in a few areas
