Change-log:

+Added Barricades to shrink sight lines.
+Added water to lower area of map
+Added More lights

*Timer now will announce when 5 and 2 minutes until stalemate.
*Fixed timer being irreverent and not triggering stalemates
*Reworked area above spawns to (hopefully) hide spawn doors coming through the ground.

Update:

+Reworked transition between MID and 2nd. Should be less confusing for new players.
+Packed missing files this time
*Fixed the control points all being called MID and now have unique names.
*Fixed logic in control points breaking forward spawns. (I think)
*Map is somewhat brighter in a few select areas. Will brighten up more as development continues.

Thinking about adding water beneath MID. Was there in pre-alpha, but brush was having the ERROR. Will attempt again later.
