Instagib Prefab V3

• Removed the janky hitscan logic
• Reorganized the prefab for easier installation
• Added instant respawn for non-Soldier players

Installation has been updated, please check it out to update your maps

Added a lot of jank logic to make the weapon somewhat hitscan. Please test this so that I know how it feels in-game and if I should continue working on that.

Fixed respawning/scrambling causing issues with the attributes.

Only things you need to change are the giant triggers around the play area and the middle logic.
