I respect Badlands as a layout but this just ain't it chief. TF2's edition of Badlands is really poor for Capture the Flag, no matter where you put the flag, really. And to be quite honest, this artpass feels kinda soulless. It's pretty clearly a quick and dirty reskin, which could be fine given the right map but I think for Badlands in particular it doesn't really work all too well. At least the artificial lighting looks alright I guess. 3/10.
