made some buildings team colored to help differentiate both sides
added explanation text at the beginning of a round
added func_nobuilds to prevent building on/in front of the train
added trigger_hurts behind walls the train can push you through
made the first car a control point
added two more info_observer_points
changed the clipping on the tank car
In the future I'd like to add more complex logic for overtime (right now after time runs out it just stalemates), but this is good enough for a first test.
