Fixed the file for download (oops).

- Lighting redone across the map
- Interior of each base overhauled visually
- Cannot build on top of slide roofs

- Fixed jump out of sewer for BLU team

- Fixed exploit that allowed Sniper to jump to tower from boxes on point
