CP version hydro i made to learn how to make a CP type game mode for TF2 used to be called cp_5hydro

This was a exercise in learning how to make CP logic for a 5cp/CP style map

has a mix of 5 CP and domination Capture points

critique is appreciated for what i could have done differently

plan on remaking the area portals in the future

thanks to geit for making a guide on repacking maps it has really helped

    -fixed an issue which could trap people in there spawns if the capture points where captured at a specific point -changed the capture times of the satalite/powerplant CP -next update may contain custom CP hud assets
