-The interest in these spawn time changes is to make areas have multiple teamfights across the board, stagnation was very common in the previous version and only a handful of areas truly got a major teamfight

-The interest in these cap time changes is to give red a greater retake chance if blue can make a push to the point successfully; previously it was more effective as red to give the point up and move the defense to last
Temporarily removed the music that plays after stage 2A is capped, it can be heard through the whole map instead of just around the cowrousel
