[WIP] ctf_downpour

    It's quite disheartening to see this being overtaken by 2 jump maps and several surf maps on FPSBanana...

    Hey. I liked it, good, small ctf map. Just something I noticed, and this is on the red side, these textures need to be rotated.

    slightly laggy map, was getting low fps like aerospace, needs multiple spawn exits.. players were getting camped by pyros there.. maybe have some stairs which go down to a lower exit, not directly under the original but somewhere off to the side. i also feel its almost too identicle on left/right sides.. too many options to enter/exit buildings like around the intel building its the same on each side throughout the whole building. the stairs that go from water to mid level in the middle of the map.. i had trouble going up the stairs from the water.. i had to jump to hop on the stairs couldn't just walk up.

    You really need to change the green lights to a normal color. The map played okay, it is visually excellent (except the green lights ;) ). It was annoying to play engy, but the intel room was easily camped, so I don't think it needs more cover, but there's really not an optimal place to put a sentry either.

    Demomen seemed to have an advantage since they could launch stickies over the numerous unecessarily steep ramps and other major height differences, walls, etc. while remaining unseen.
