[WIP] arena_science

I've had a couple requests to convert cp_science to arena, and I feel it would be better to do this before others decide they should do it for me.

Science is a huge level!

It's been shrunk quite a bit for arena, yes?

The base areas (lasing chambers) have been cut out and there is no access to the outside areas.

The geometry is really professional work but the map is nearly devoid of color.

TF2 has a very rich color pallet that's just screaming to be used in this level.

Most of the more colorful areas were cut out for the arena version. I might recolor the still existing areas if I get bored enough.

I don't think it needs anything. Textures and tones fit the map theme well. I'm not a fan or arena maps but I love the cp version.
