Where are weapon/hat/player models located?

I've looked all through the TF2 Content GCF but I can't seem to find the player-related models (ragdolls, weapons, hats, etc). Does anyone know where they are, so that I'd be able to extract them? Are they stored someplace outside the GCF altogether?

Have you gotten the new version? The halloween update made content.gcf > 4GB and old versions of GCFscape can't work with that.

Last time I downloaded it then immediately used it and then it immediately froze my computer. I've learned that the only winning move is not to play, with that thing. It really doesn't seem to like me. Or my computer.
