    I have 1 question...

is L4D really worth 50 bucks?

    the demo wasn't that great.

Funny thing, I pre-ordered it and pre-loaded it, and I still haven't played it. I'm in gaming overload.

Dead Space pwns so hard. I loved it, it's the most scariest game I've played, more than silent hill and resident evil.

I found I enjoy the full L4D much more than the demo. The second level of the demo was cut pretty much in half, and the campaigns keep me occupied for about an hour on normal/solo. Of course the best stuff is when you go online with others, so we got a group and played through an advance campaign, which took about 2 hours (we couldn't beat the finale on advanced after 3 tries, had to vote it down to normal :-/). Also, versus mode is amazingly fun, especially when you play as the infected. If you haven't gotten it yet and want to wait, you might find that it goes on sale next weekend, though shopping for anything on black friday is nuts in and of itself.

Nice to hear that about Dead Space, Spike! I got it in the mail today from Goozex along with Animal Crossing DS for the wife.

Really looking forward to playing Dead Space.

DarkersideofyourShadow, I played L4D solo today and enjoyed it quite a bit. I can see myself spending more and more time with it.

I was going to buy Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City (aka City Folk) for Wii today. But apparently, Scandinavia's Nintendo distributor has decided to sell the game and the Wii Speak microphone (an essential part of the game) separately. That means I would have to pay the price of almost two Wii games. No thanks.

So I got the new Prince of Persia for PS3 instead.
