Texture Transparent textures

Still living cheque to cheque which means no money for photoshop, so here I am asking for very simple textures that ordinarily I'd be making myself, but c'est la vie

I need two flat textures, one of each from the TF2 color palette:



They need to be about 50% transparent, with the following material properties:

Yo, you don't need photoshop at all in fact! You can use VTFEdit Reloaded on a PNG that you make in Photopea, a free online editor that mimics Photoshop quite well. Just make sure you select the right VTF version for TF2.
