The problem with a collaboration is so many different people/time zones/work schedules ETC

the time may have been great for you, but horrible for other people. I myself had bill problems, no internet. I was on yesterday, but after 8pm. I was on 8pm till 4am.

Its hard to hold a "ALL MEETING" because of this, the best bet is get a little of a turn out and get the rest into a transcript online those who couldnt come can read.

I think DP is looking into manual activation for members, sucks that we have to but spam is persistant, if it wasn't it probably wouldnt be called spam....
