I was mainly referring to this part:

Freakin north korea. They're about as military a nation can get without going to war. Kim Jong-il is pretty much challenging everybody to go to war, this is one of the few times when a pre-emptive nuke could actually be beneficial.

I'm not saying North Korea is heaven on earth, but in this thread I feel a lot of words without a lot of thought being just thrown out. Pre-emptive nukes rarely prove useful.
