Go to Map -> Load portal file in hammer, and fly around looking for very dense blue lines. 16500 is a really abnormally high amount of numportals, you might just be forgetting something like a cylinder that's still a world brush.

i cant find it but it know youre right because i selected all properties and halved the size of my map and the amount of numportals changed from 16500 to about 15000

what the fuck can even take that much computig power jesus christ

Every world brush (func_details does not but has other downsides) in your map creates what is called vvis. Each one of those lines is a calculation the computer has to make in order to render it for the game. Having circular objects will take FOREVER to compile (ask me how I know). This tank pictured below is a good example of what can be func_detailed because it doesn't block vvis and is just a thing in the way of the player.
