I Found this room under the map turbine,viaduct

maybe if we want the maps to support comp
just place this winner room in the maps?

Yeah, that's the place where players will stand before or after the match or whatever. They announced this in the release notes so it's not like it's a surprise or anything.

Actually, the room uses special tagged player spawns and spec cameras which you can place anywhere. You can make a custom winner's room for your map! Anywhere!

I assume that Valve are in no rush to document this publicly. They will let you know when they send you the check for a lot of money.
