Some time ago, Schwa encouraged TF2maps to try out the 100 pushups challenge, but it seemingly died out within 4 weeks of the program.
Now i propose to you something different, to keep your hammerwielding arms in somewhat shape: The "push-a-post" challenge!
The challenge is so: Every time you make a new post on the forum, you do a (by yourself) predetermined exercise - like 5 pushups, or whatever fits your fitness level better
I will be a good example, and do 5 pullups after submitting this post.
