Honestly, I can admire Valve's bravery for making something so old entirely different. It obviously took work to do what they did, but getting rid of the quickplay menu was the biggest mistake they've ever made.
I actually like Casual mode. I find it to be a refreshing change to tf2. I don't like Competitive mode for the poor balancing and the god-awful wait times.
But I don't hate them.
