ok thanks just wanted to clarify that i was entered and do i just give him the item threw steam or is there a special way to do it?

Trade your items with J4CK8 as soon as possible. Remember that you can see if he is online by following the link above and can trade him without adding him to your friends. To do this you select the trade through steam account option when you open the trading window. Then copy and pasting this link in to the text field. http://steamcommunity.com/id/J4ck8/
