As for Special Snowflake medals, those will be handed out sometime soon in the near future - please understand its a busy season and handing out medals is a manual process. Happy Holidays!

I didn't know about winter wonderland 2 until the medals were added. If I submit something late, would I still get a snowflake medal?

I'm pretty sure any workshop item made for the event gets a medal, and artwork can't be submitted to the workshop obviously so you can't receive a medal.

Do you know if being contributor on a map counts into getting one of these shiny special snowflakes ?
Also do you have any info when the gift of giving medals will be shipped ? I donated and such , it's been 4 days without any news or anything about the medal distribution...

Medals for donations are the same case - they're broken and Valve needs to ship a fix. Being a contributor on a submitted map will grant you a Special Snowflake in due time.

Hey Void, I think the medal distribution has already been done right? I see the people that contributed to workshop with the given thumbnail recieved one. Well in case that it is, me and my friend didnt recieved one yet, we contributed with this map.
Maybe you didn't see it? or its because the distribution is being done still? In all cases, sorry for bothering.
Also this happened to me 1 year ago, nostalgia lol
