A good friend showed me this, i dont know if it's a fake...
We discussed this in the chat last night. The conclusion was that yes, of course, it's fake. Reasons being: Payload was the substitute for Hunted. 3/4/5 are out of line with 1/2 and 6 is not aligned with either.
Haha, Hunted... that's a good one. I mean, sure, it might be fun, but it's the ultimate griefer mode. I'm sure Valve would never release that...besides, they've already got payload.
It's probably fake. We'll see later today, I guess.
This is 100% fake, since valve is going to release another community map.
If it says "Nailgun + Achievments" today...I'm going to shit bricks.
saving image for posterity.
Yup it's really a fake...
Totally fake. Though there is a new gamemode on the way
Completely fake. Everybody knows Valve is on a perpetual quest to betray TFC and QWTF players in every way possible - using excuses like "lol balance" and similar treachery. We'd never get the Nailgun and/or Hunted back. They know we want them and they know it's fun to watch us beg and plead for them.
...well, and the fact that 1-4 are now out for real and they contradict that image.
What do you think the actual crossover between TFC players and TF2 players is?
It's not as high as you think/want
Nailgun would be boring as shit -yawn-
I'm not saying it would be interesting (certainly the only time it ever was useful was vs sentries, and only the medic's upgraded variant). It's just that some of Valve's design decisions are rather questionable. I enjoy the scattergun, for example, but I really question the logic behind many of the unlockables...
They ask 13 year olds what they'd have to add to the game in order for them to beg their parents to buy it for them perhaps?
My favorite set of unlockables had to have been the Pyro's. Pretty useful in combat and not ridiculous.
Also, I don't think that's it. Valve is just overdoing the class stereotypes. The USSR puns in the Heavy achievements just got stupid after a while.
I personally think this set of unlockables could be the best ones yet. Reason why? I see situations where I would actually use these weapons and situations where I would not. (*Cough*Blutsauger, Ubersaw, Axtinguisher, KGB *Cough*) Is that not the best thing you can ask for a tradeoff interchangable weapon set?
Separate names with a comma.
