Yeah that was my point. It's not game breaking, at least when Delfy or Muselk don't make videos before it gets patched. If it was worth the effort they'd have done it before.

I agree they aren't drastically important things to fix and other things should be prioritized first, but it is somewhat embarrassing when some of these things have been there since the maps were released (aka years ago) and still haven't been fixed. Is it too much to ask that they at least get around to attempting it some point. On the technical side they are easy to fix, they just take time to get done and tested properly.

That said, this latest update probably was an attempt to do just that.

Would be maybe cool to make some kind of gameday where we all get in a very popular map like upward and try to find exploits and break the map then report all of theses to valve, that'd make theses patched rather quickly. And looking at the maps in hammer as well. Upward in particular seems to have exploits being discovered from time to time.

All exploits are worth fixing, because if people who are inclined to cheat are present, they will use those exploits and ruin the experience for everyone else, always.

Repacked maps don't work in SFM though which would create even more rage. So I guess they could skip repacking.
People who want to use stock maps in SFM can just un-repack them manually. Most people just download the maps that don't come with SFM in packs that other people have provided anyway, so it's not like more than one person will have to make the effort.
