This map doesn't compile. First of all it leaks, but mainly the brushes you used are so large the compiler cannot handle them.
Since you clearly haven't successfully compiled the map under this name before, you get this error as the file needed by the next step was never created in the first place.
You shouldn't test the map in this state anyways, so much is already broken. It looks like you're using assets from Garry's Mod, which will appear as errors and missing textures in game.

For future reference please keep mapping help questions to the "Mapping Questions & Discussions" forum which you already did here rather than spamming the forums with a download like you did in this thread/download. It's also easier for us to help you if you tell us what's going on and supply a compile log. Downloads are meant for maps or prefab vmf's.
