Subtracting points from a team in Player Destruction

We can add points to the counter in the HUD via ScoreRedPoints or ScoreBluePoints, but is there a way to subtract points?

There's a way to do it in RD by giving a player a flag with a point value equal to 1 higher than the 32-bit integer limit.
Not sure if that also applies to PD.
