Also, I really like the unlocks. The sword is a bit boring, KGB-like thing, but the shield - I think it might be great on granary competitively, where you don't sticky jump as much as, say, on badlands. Assuming the charge will have you at mid just as fast as with stickies, I think not having traps is a very good tradeoff for needing 5 rockets that are DIRECT HITS to be dead.

Shield + bottle = OMGWTFBBQ.

IMO the sword doesn't do much, it's a tradeoff of "I'm gonna lose some health, for the chance to have more IF I can score 4 kills...in the meantime I'll probably be dead anyways."

It should be, because it should at least partly make up for the speed stickies would otherwise grant.

Well, the best thing about this is that demomen are going to be close range fighters, which means I get to use my fire on them, even if they take less damage by fire, they don't take less damage from axes

One the one hand, I feel this is a little too silly and it really removes a lot of the "Demo" from the Demoman. But on the other hand, I'm glad it's not a stat change like Natascha etc.

I'm not going crazy over how epic this is, but it's all right.

But a direct crit rocket will only do 105 damage if you have the shield :O
