(Solved)How do I pack my custom content with VIDE

Today I finished compiling my map and its contents, and then I opened up VIDE to pack the content some of the custom textures and models appeared in game while others don't. Then i got a friend to join a server that hosts the map and turns out that some of the custom icons for the MVM bots also didn't appear. When packing in the assets, I made sure that they go to their respective files in materials and models in my tf directory. So begs the question what is happening? (also the popfile that i gave my friend didn't work either despite the nav file being supposedly packed and provided into the zip file of the map.)

I do have installed but it didn't seem to work last time i've compiled a seperate map. I used VIDE because word of mouth that VIDE is easier

(edit: what i do is that i compile the map in Hammer++ then use VIDE afterwards to pack)

(edit 2: I'll give it a try again)

(edit 3: so the packing works! thanks for the help)
