General goal for update after playtest: more cover and harder time to reach highground spots so that more classes can exist on the map

changes to map starting clockwise from blu spawn:

• added additional door and expanded area next to blu spawn to provide more safe space for blu initially

• pushed back the access for blu high ground over mid, now requiring a ledge jump
• expanded building next to track to provide more...
