This is some really nice work. The scout stands out nicely from the background, and the pallet matches without clashing. If there's one strange thing, its the shadows on his cheek - they're very sharp and make him seem much more sculptural than usual.

Scout's squinty eyes make him look like he's cringing, maybe make him smirk or smile instead like a cool guy would.
