For the first time on this site i see someone German.
About the map: I'm worried about sightlines. Try some height variations and check if the whole map is not too big.

EDIT: I downloaded your map. Your map now is a snipers' paradise. Last point's room is way too big. Second point is not bad, but consider some heighth variations. Middle point is also to flat. Please aviod long and straight routes.

Judging by the screenshots, your map looks overscaled. Be careful as overscaling a map can create ridiculous sightlines. Here's a really useful guide on scaling. It also looks like it needs more height variation (As far as I know I'm saying thing Pawlakov already said) Look at some Valve or Showcase maps to see how height variation is implemented is that word too fancy for you? it is for me

- Mid point area is smaller
- Moved 2nd point a little bit to the center
- Base is smaller
