Could someone make the MvM bomb (props_td/atom_bomb.mdl) have all 6 CTF skins?

Pick-up specific textures

There are weird glowy ones.

This is a really easy thing to do FYI, if you want this it's not a bad thing to do as an exercise to learn how models are textured and how to change them.

It's not that hard to do it yourself. Just decompile, make copies of the textures, shift color balance and make glowing ones. Then recompile and you can play ctf with a bomb. I might do this, maybe even tomorrow. No promises though.
