I ran into the compile halting error of "Too many brushes in one leaf, max = 65536" today and couldn't find much information on it online, so it seems like it's a rare error.
At least one way to cause this error seems to be having too many skip brushes on top of each other, which is a common side effect of using skip brushes to apply symmetrical changes to a map and not deleting them after. So if you run into this issue, try cleaning up your skips that may have built up over time!
After failing to find much help on the issue via Google and figuring it out on my own, I then confirmed it from a few old messages on the Discord. So in the interest of making it easier to find in the future, here you go!
High five, future person finding this!
