Hi there, TF2maps.net folk. I'm here shamelessly advertising my (as in, I founded it) clan's first TF2 tournament! We've spent a long time getting this together, and we're finally ready to start accepting payments.
Check out: http://www.projectdemolition.com/
>>We recommend using Firefox 3.5 for best viewing of the page, as some of the other browsers' limits forced us to make design cuts for them (read: IE sucks ass.)
Q: Well, what is it?
A: It's a 2 vs. 2 TF2 tournament.
Q: Do I get to pick my partner?
A: Yes; all you need to do is request in the order notes a partner who has already ordered.
Q: Is there a fee?
A: Yes: it's 5 dollars for non-members and 3 for existing Project: Demolition members
Q: Is there a prize?
A: Of course! Why would we have you pay if there wasn't an incentive?
The winner gets a choice of one of the following:
a. Logitech G5
b. Logitech G7
c. Razer Deathadder
d. SteelSeries Siberia
Q: Sounds cool! How do I sign up?
A: Well, if you check out our site, you'll see a nifty little "SIGN UP" button. Click that. You'll be given the option to pay via Paypal (highly preferred) or cash in the mail. As cash in the mail is difficult to deal with, please only revert to this as a last resort.
Q: I want to pay with cash. What do I do?
A: Contact myself ("galagidae" on steam) or my founding partner ("xenocidic" on steam)
Q: Are there any class limits?
A: Any of the nine classes are allowed, but only one of each class may be played per team.
Q: So both members of the winning team get a prize?
A: Nope; the winning team players face off in a 1v1 best of five to determine the winner.
* We'll be monitoring for cheaters/hackers in every match of the tournament
* When the entire tournament is through, we'll be putting together a composite video of great kills/maneuvers for the tourney
If I can think of anything else, I'll be updating this OP in italics.

P.S: I designed the site solo and built it with my co founder, Xenocidic.
