It's been a while and a buggy time but I did it, here's the run down.
Removed:
Water at red teams base
Added 2 drop creates after the third point
Removed all control points and added them back to remove a bug that made the cart freeze after capping the first point
Removed parts of reds final spawn
Removed the triggers that disabled Red's first spawn and enabled last.
Added:
Red's spawns being randomized, basically meaning you have a chance at spawning in ether
Put train tracks that follow the carts path into place
Added back the second point
Added a grade that allows the enemy team to spy on blue when passing
Added a few flanking routes connected to the first points opening route
Tweaked red's last
