I wonder why they are using a payload map again. I was thinking they were going to go a cp map route. Perhaps they did, but then decided against it since tf2m is already doing a cp contest? Who knows. That's 3 (or 4) payload maps in a row by Valve!

I'm hoping based on the name that it might be a new farm-themed map, hearkening back to good ol' 2fort and Granary theming-wise. But that's a pretty big guess to make based solely on a name...

I, too, am slightly confused by the fact that they're doing yet another Payload. Maybe they just really, really like it? I can't say I blame them, it can be a pretty fun gamemode.

Payload is probably the magnum opus gamemode of tf2, as it is highly dynamic and simplistic at the same time. Its way more dynamic than any other game mode, for sure! The position of the cart can change how the level plays drastically, and the facilitation of the tradeoff of pushing and the cart's incentive to pushing it gives more classes advantages...
