Hey everyone! So I've been floating around the idea of renting a server for awhile now and decided to finally go for it.

I'm splitting the server with The Wounded Stapler, one of my friends from YouTube. We both live on the west coast of the US, but decided to put the server in Denver, CO in hopes the connection would be ok for people on the east coast as well.
We'd love to populate the server with some regulars and really want that community feeling. So hopefully you guys will check it out if you ever notice some people playing.
As far as custom maps go, it's something we're currently looking into. Neither one of us has much server experience, but it is definitely a goal of ours to host some custom maps we're fond of. It seems every time I upload a custom map, I screw something up, so if any of you have server experience, let me know!
So far for custom maps we're looking at:
cp_sunshine
pl_borneo
koth_quarry
arena_suijin
We'd like to have a wide variety of gamemodes, but we're not looking for anything gimmicky (maybe for event days). As of right now, we're only accepting maps in Release Candidate, so keep that in mind if you'd like to submit your map.
So that's pretty much it! Hope you guys will pop in from time to time and let us know how we're doing. If you're interested in helping moderate the server, let me know!
