There's a post at spuf about the 'electrical engineer' update that has that hair.

Also that tool belt teddy was up at polycount probably a month ago, not gonna dig though. There was also a 'pocket' medic for the heavy, a doll that goes in his shirt pocket, pretty funny.

It's interesting how the engy eye became far less Borg-like. Heh. And if it that IS Schmit'z engy hair, then it became far less Doc Brownish.

there were actually some posts after that that he was trying different eyes. One was more metal, not white I think, seem to recall I thought it looked better.
